The Project

A ground-up rebuild in Candlewood Shores. Bulldog carried 148 North Lake Shore from a knock-down through to a finished 5,700-square-foot lakefront home — starting from purchased plans, reworking them with a custom architect's changes, and self-performing the entire arc: permits, demolition, construction, and final landscaping.

Exterior

The property is built to live outward toward the water. Multiple deck levels and a run of tiered patios step down the grade to the shoreline, giving the home as much room outside as in.
