On Candlewood Isle, 48 Ridge Road was a full gut renovation with a second-floor addition; on Sunset Drive, the Sunset Drive home was taken down to the studs and rebuilt for modern lake living. Both kept the proportions and feel of the original home while bringing the structure, systems, and finishes fully up to date.
